Needs a more simpler way to buy more credits
You guys NEED to make purchasing more credit easier. It should be as easy as just deciding how many you want then imputing your credit card. Your process is long and complicated and it feels sketchy using 3rd party companies that I’ve never heard of.

Thank you for your suggestion. We completely understand that some of our current payment methods may not be the most convenient to use. We are actively looking for more user-friendly payment providers and working to integrate them as quickly as possible. For example, just yesterday we added a new card payment option.
