How to reset your password

Password change is available only through reset.

Steps:

  1. Go to the login page

  2. Click “Forgot password?”

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Check your inbox and follow the link in the email

  5. Set a new password

Important notes

  • The reset link is sent to your email

  • If you don’t see it, check your Spam / Junk folder

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address

How to verify your account

After registration, a verification email is automatically sent to your email address.

Steps:

  1. Open your email inbox

  2. Find the verification email

  3. Click the confirmation link

Didn’t receive the verification email?

  • Check your Spam / Junk folder

  • Wait a few minutes (delivery can be delayed)

  • Make sure you registered with the correct email

No, password change is available only through the reset process.
