Payment Security & Safety
We take payment security seriously.
Card payments
Card payments are processed by STRIPE (secure card processing).
We do not store your full card details on our side.
Crypto payments
Always send the exact amount shown in the payment window.
Always select the same network in your wallet as you selected on the checkout screen (ERC-20 / TRC-20 / Polygon).
If you send less than the requested amount, the payment may not complete automatically.
Refund Policy (Credits)
No refunds for used credits
Credits are consumed when generation/processing starts.
Used or partially used credit packs are non-refundable.
If you already generated content (or started processing), those credits can’t be refunded.
Failed generations are refunded automatically
If something goes wrong on our side (e.g., a tool error / failed generation), the system automatically returns the credits to your balance.
If you believe a generation failed but you didn’t get credits back, contact support and we’ll check it.
Auto Top-Up (Never Run Out of Credits)
Auto Top-Up is available for card payments.
You can enable it in Billing → Auto Top-Up:
Choose a threshold (example: when balance drops below 50 credits)
Choose which pack will be auto-purchased (example: Starter 200 credits)
Choose the payment card
When your balance falls below the threshold, we’ll automatically charge the selected pack and add credits to your account.
You’ll receive an email confirmation for each auto top-up.
Free Credits & Watermarks (Important)
When you register, you receive 30 free credits.
✅ You can generate images/videos immediately, but:
All generations made before your first payment will include a watermark.
✅ After your first successful payment:
Watermarks are removed from all future generations
Watermarks are also removed from all previous generations made with free credits
Why watermarks exist: unfortunately, many users created multiple accounts to farm free credits. Watermarks help protect the system and keep ZenCreator stable for everyone.

FAQ
Do LoRAs change the price?
No — LoRAs don’t change the per-image credit cost in Prompt/Ref tools.
Are video credits per image or per clip?
Per video clip (5s or 10s) as listed above.
Do flows discount credits?
No — they bundle the same steps at the same total cost, but they’re faster and easier to run at scale.
Where can I see the exact total before I pay credits?
On the Start button for every tool — it shows per-item cost and the total for your batch.
What are credits?
Credits are ZenCreator’s internal currency. You spend credits only when you generate or process content (images, videos, upscales, swaps, etc.).
Do credits expire?
No — credits do not expire.
Can I use one pack for any tool?
Yes. All credits work across all ZenCreator tools and models.
Why do my free generations have a watermark?
New accounts receive 30 free credits, but generations made before the first payment include a watermark.
This helps prevent people from creating multiple accounts just to farm free credits.
After your first successful payment:
Watermarks disappear on all future generations
Watermarks are also removed from all previous generations
I paid, but I still see a watermark — what should I do?
First, refresh the page and reopen the image/video.
If it’s still there, message support with your account email and payment time — we’ll check it.
Which cards do you support?
We support major cards including Visa / Mastercard, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.
Which crypto do you support?

Why must I send the exact crypto amount shown?
The payment is created for a specific exact amount (including rate + fees).
If you send less, the payment may remain incomplete and won’t credit automatically.
Tip: copy the exact amount from the checkout screen (and don’t “round” it).
I sent less crypto than required — what happens?
In most cases:
The payment will not complete automatically
Depending on the payment state, you may be able to top up the missing amount while it’s still active
If the payment expires, it may be canceled
If you’re unsure, contact support with the transaction hash.
I paid with crypto — how long does it take?
Usually it’s credited automatically after the blockchain confirms the transaction.
Times depend on the network (and congestion), but it’s typically a few minutes.
If it takes too long, contact support and include the transaction hash.
Can I get a refund for credits?
Used credits are non-refundable.
Partially used credit packs are non-refundable.
Credits are consumed when generation or processing starts.
What if a generation fails — do I lose credits?
No. If a tool fails on our side, credits are automatically returned to your balance.
If you believe credits were not returned after a failure, contact support with:

What is Auto Top-Up and how does it work?
Auto Top-Up lets you automatically buy credits when your balance gets low (card payments only).
You choose:
a minimum balance threshold (e.g., 50 credits)
which pack to auto-purchase
your saved card
When you drop below the threshold, ZenCreator charges the selected pack and adds credits automatically.
You’ll get an email confirmation each time.
Can I use Auto Top-Up with crypto?
Not currently — Auto Top-Up is available for card payments only.
