Payments & Billing: how it works

Pay with Stripe using major cards and Apple/Google Pay. Need crypto or bank/wire? Contact support—we’ll arrange it. Invoices & VAT supported

Updated over a month ago

TL;DR: You buy credit packs with Stripe. We accept all major cards (and Apple/Google Pay where supported). If you need crypto or a bank/wire payment, message us— we’ll arrange it.

We use Stripe

Stripe is our only built-in payment processor. It’s PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, handles 3-D Secure/Strong Customer Authentication, and keeps your card data off our servers. We never see or store full card numbers.

What this means for you:

  • Pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards.

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay show up automatically if your browser/device supports them.

  • Charges appear on your statement with our brand name.

Buying credits (one-time)

  1. Go to Billing → Add Credits.

  2. Choose a pack (e.g., Starter, Creator, Influencer, Professional).

  3. Complete the Stripe checkout.

  4. Credits land in your account immediately after a successful payment.

There are no recurring charges unless you explicitly opt into a future subscription product. You’ll always see the total before you pay.

Receipts, invoices, and taxes

  • Stripe emails a receipt to your account email after each purchase.

  • Need a company invoice with VAT/GST? Open the Stripe receipt and add your business details & tax ID (Stripe supports this), or contact us and we’ll issue a formal invoice.

  • We collect VAT/GST where required by law based on your billing country and tax details.

Alternative payment methods (on request)

If card/Stripe isn’t an option, reach out—we can arrange manual payment for larger top-ups:

  • Bank / wire transfer (US/EU)

  • ACH (US)

  • Crypto (USDT/USDC/ETH/BTC)

Tell us your required amount, company details, and preferred method. We’ll send instructions and credit your account once funds clear.

Contact: [email protected] or the chat bubble in the app.

Common payment issues

  • Card declined / 3-D Secure failed: try again, use another card, or call your bank to allow the charge.

  • Charged but credits missing: it’s usually a browser refresh or a delayed webhook—contact us and include your Stripe receipt.

  • Wrong amount / duplicate payment: message us first; we’ll investigate and refund if applicable.

Refunds & disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve billing mistakes quickly and, when appropriate, issue a refund directly through Stripe.
