How long does generation take?


Most tasks are completed within 1–5 minutes. However, during peak load or due to model-specific processing, delays may occur. If your task is processing for more than 30 minutes, please contact support.

Why is my task stuck in processing?


Temporary delays can happen due to high system load or model queue. If the task does not complete after a long time, please contact support and provide your Task ID.

Why does my result look different from what I expected?


AI generation depends heavily on your inputs (images, prompts, video).

For best results:

  • use clear, high-quality inputs

  • keep poses and composition consistent

  • avoid complex or unrealistic scenarios

Why do some results look imperfect or contain artifacts?


AI generation is not always perfect, and a certain percentage of results may include visual artifacts or inconsistencies.

This is expected behavior for generative models.

For better results, try:

improving input quality

simplifying the scene

running the generation again

Why are Video-to-Video results sometimes unstable?


Video-to-Video depends on motion tracking and frame consistency. Fast movement, occlusions, or camera changes can lead to unstable or inconsistent results. For best results, use stable videos with a clearly visible face and minimal camera movement.

How can I understand what each tool can do?


The best way is to follow the templates available inside each tool. Templates reflect realistic capabilities and show what results you can expect.

When are credits deducted?


Credits are deducted when a task starts processing.

What happens if a task fails?


If a task fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded.

Why don’t I see some tools or options?


Some features are available only to users with Trusted Status.

This includes:

  • Face Swap

  • certain models

  • 18+ templates

How do I unlock all features?


Purchase any credit pack in the Billing section.
After payment, your account receives Trusted Status automatically.

What files can I upload?


Supported formats depend on the tool, but typically include:

Images: JPG, PNG

Videos: MP4, MOV

Why is my file not accepted?


This may happen if:

the file is corrupted

unsupported format is used

resolution or aspect ratio is invalid

How can I get better results?

  • Use high-quality, well-lit inputs

  • Keep composition consistent

  • Avoid extreme or complex scenes

  • Apply changes step by step (pose → clothing → details)

Can I do everything in one generation?


Not always. For complex edits, it’s better to split the process into multiple steps to achieve more stable and predictable results.
