NSFW Carousel: How to Generate a Not Safe for Work Photoset for an Existing Model

In this lesson, we move from safe-for-work content to not safe for work imagery and break down how to scale an existing model in NSFW scenarios.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The overall workflow is similar to the previous lesson, but here critical nuances appear. Without understanding them, the result will either be weak or won’t work at all.

The key idea of this lesson is simple:

High-quality NSFW content almost always requires proper source data — specifically, nude images of the model.

Without this, the neural network starts “guessing” anatomy, and quality drops sharply.

Starting Point: A Nude Model Is Already Available

We start from the assumption that:

  • the character already exists;

  • there is a base nude image of the model;

  • this image is high quality and anatomically correct.

In the examples, a model named Ava is used — a familiar character we’ve worked with before. One single base image is taken, and it becomes the foundation for generating an NSFW photoset.

It’s important to state upfront:

Carousel does not invent a body. It works strictly with what you provide.

The better the source image, the stronger the result.

The Carousel Tool in NSFW Scenarios

The main tool in this lesson is Carousel.

This is the same tool used for safe-for-work content, but in an NSFW context it becomes especially powerful.

What the NSFW Carousel Does

Carousel:

  • does not change the character’s appearance;

  • does not transform the body;

  • does not alter proportions.

Instead, it reconstructs the same model from different angles, preserving:

  • breasts, waist, hips;

  • body proportions;

  • hairstyle;

  • intimate and non-intimate details;

  • environment and lighting.

In essence, it simulates a virtual photoshoot of one scene from multiple camera angles.

Practical Run: How a Photoset Is Generated

In the example, a single image of the model is uploaded, and the following settings are chosen:

  • number of variations (for example, 5);

  • aspect ratio;

  • resolution;

  • number of outputs per run (from 1 to 10).

While the current generation is running, we review results from previous runs — and this is where it becomes clear why this tool is so highly valued.

Why NSFW Carousel Produces Especially Strong Results

The examples show that:

  • all images look like one cohesive photoshoot;

  • poses change naturally;

  • camera angles appear that are hard to predict or describe in a prompt;

  • the body remains completely consistent.

If the source image is high quality, the output is a ready-to-use NSFW photoset that can be:

  • published on Telegram;

  • used for paid content;

  • uploaded to platforms without strict censorship.

In practice, 2–3 Carousel runs with 5 variations each typically produce:

  • 5–10 genuinely strong shots;

  • from which it’s easy to build a series or select the best images for further work.

A Non-Obvious but Very Important Use Case

The lesson highlights a practical technique commonly used by experienced creators:

  1. Generate one strong NSFW image using any method.

  2. Send that image into Carousel.

  3. Select the most powerful angle from the output.

  4. Continue further work using that image.

Why this works:

  • it’s impossible to predict in advance which angle will be the most compelling;

  • unexpected camera angles often outperform standard compositions;

  • Carousel helps discover these shots in just a few clicks.

Every Run Produces New Results

An important observation from the lesson:

Every Carousel run produces different variations, even when using the same source image.

In different runs, the model may:

  • arch the back more strongly;

  • bring legs closer together or farther apart;

  • shift body weight;

  • rotate the torso differently.

Because of this, photosets don’t feel repetitive, and content scales easily.

Tool Settings

In NSFW mode, Carousel uses the same settings as safe-for-work:

  • aspect ratio;

  • resolution;

  • number of variations (from 1 to 10);

  • batch logic (multiple runs in sequence).

Generation is fast, allowing you to test multiple options without long wait times.

Lesson Summary

In this lesson, we covered the simplest and fastest way to generate an NSFW photoset for an existing model.

Key takeaways:

  • NSFW content critically requires a nude reference;

  • Carousel does not distort the body — it reassembles it from different angles;

  • one image can produce a full photoshoot;

  • every run generates new angles and unexpectedly strong shots;

  • the tool works both for final content and for finding the best frame for further generation.

In the next lesson, the NSFW workflow will be expanded with additional tools, but Carousel remains the base and fastest entry point for creating not safe for work photosets.
